I almost gave up and just bought the 10x12 plates and carrier from rma, but i figured see what the hive mind had to say first. The ferro fcpc v5 is a great plate carrier for taller and bigger folks You can really get a lot of length adjustment for the shoulders out of the fcpc Not sure obviously how it will fit you exactly, but it's definitely one of the plate carriers that favors larger individuals.
