I've got the hisense 75 75a6h and the update last night 01/03/2024 put my tv into a boot loop I know android tv updates at different versions/times than android, but i think the latest android tv is based on android 12 if not 13 now. I've tried all the hard and soft resets, unplug, use the button on back, etc.
And tried updating firmware via usb It has not received an update to the os though and is still on android tv based on android 10 Followed the instructions on the support page after putting in my sn.
I successfully completed the manual fw update, and tv is working accordingly now
